So recently, the UN brought in a group made to promote the safety and wellbeing of women and girls online. Amongst its members are two "feminists" some of you may know: Anita Sarkeesian and Zoe Quinn. These two ladies, along with the others on the board, discussed the detriments of Cyber Violence against women and girls, and ways to prevent it.

Just one source about the information, and it provides a video of the discussions as well. Now, I'm not the best person to get a full grasp of the situation, but from what I've viewed in several other sources and videos on the subject (there can certainly be bias, as the two "feminists" mentioned earlier have a less than good reputation), the discussion is in regards to setting up international online censorship laws to prevent potential Cyber Violence, Cyber Bullying, and other forms of Online Abuse in the future.
And while I think that this cyber stuff is an issue, I don't think it's actually that big a deal, because it's the fucking Internet. You can't actually be hurt over the fucking Internet, just your emotions. If your emotions are so easily destroyed by people you don't know not liking you, then your parents should feel ashamed for raising such a disappointment.
Where do you guys stand on this?
