let's just say it's over
Alright.
So let's try to keep this thread about what it's about yeah? If you feel like someone is missing the point of the thread feel free to respectfully PM them about it next time.
Alright.
Less talk and more animation ya dinguses.
Alright!
Wish granted~

Onto the next challenge, shall we? Since it's weekend and all.
Wish I could do more kicks since I discovered so many type of kicks, but my schedule is just that tight ,u, Also,
I'm not sure if I can deliver proper CnC to others since I personally still lack of proper basics and all, so yep. Sorry for that.
Try this. Think that the animation you're going to cnc is
yours. Notice the flaws and think how
you would improve it.
Works 60% of the time, every time.
Now onto your animation,
Loved that starting jumping bit.
Could reduce some frames on that double-framing? Has a 'lag' feel to it.
And to improvise on the smoke effect, try this-
1. Draw a small smoke in the first frame where the smoke should start smoking lol.
2. Convert to movie clip.
3. F6 after 20 or so frames (more, if smoke is dissipating too soon in the end result), increase smoke size(twice the old size-ish) proportionately and move the smoke slightly right.
3. Reduce Alpha of smoke to Zero(hehe) in this frame.
4. Motion tween.
5. Tell me about that time I made a mistake in counting.
See how that works, make changes according to your likings.
btw, background- simple, yet elegant. Lovin' it.
@Zero's animation, acknowledge your style and loved the animation.
I think the 'getting up-walking-stopping to kick' part could use some in-betweens? Also, the brick doesn't break? I disappoint.
Cool crack effect~
I gotta learn that style of smoke effect, eye candy.
Next challenge,
Get hit.
"Why? I don't know why; I don't know."
1.) Stiff as hell. Go ahead, try and imitate it right now and you'll feel how mechanic it is. The back doesn't even bend. The front arm keeps the same position all the way.
2.) Unnatural. Punches aren't NORMALLY done that way, in that flow.
Ah shit, now I see how better I could've made it.
3.) Punch itself sticked to the air for too long.
Double framing epic fail. Will fix.
4.) Lack of follow through movements. After the punch, even though your anticipation felt like it was going to be something big, your figure seemed to just "meh" it at the end
Should've eased in slower after punch. Right?
5.) That's not fullbody. That's a fat stickfigure with colors.
*heart cracks*
Personal Note: Stay away from complex figures when you have a hard time dealing with the basic concepts as you'll be focusing on 2 things rather than just the concept. I'm seeing a bit of improvement though, so, keep it up!
Got it, was going for something other than plain sticks. Hence a fat stickfigure with colors ;-;
Thanks for noticing the improvement!
