I would also like to point towards the fact that he has ENERGY REGENERATION.
Think about that..
Most of the time, when we become injured we lose energy.
We need energy to move.
But because of his work around for his weakness, he can keep on fighting until his body literally shuts down from the fatigue of battle.
This would make him MUCH harder to take down from fighting.
Normally people would run out of energy during a fight right?
But because of his energy regeneration he can keep on fighting.
ANd fighting.
ANd fighting.
And fighting.
Until his opponent drops to the floor from fatigue.

I think by energy, he means a different kind of energy than endurance, that only fuels his attacks

It needs to be managed well. Besides.... his ability, like the regeneration, it's not that bad. Maybe he'll make the regeneration part as a limit ability.
But it still needs to be fixed. Just like what Astygmata said. If he can do march 50 or wtf are those..... you'll need to erase the teleportation ability. Well yeah, speed does the same as teleportation. You don't put 2 different things with same functions into one section, that's technically a rip off, cuz they have same functions.

But I think you did very well to re-think them all. I guess you should put a little more touch to it.

It's Mach 50 (pronounced as mock 50), and that means 50 times the speed of sound
