The more you watch it the less stiff it looks, but I think the problem is the way his entire body rebounds from an impact on the elbow. I don't think you really need to worry about it on this animation. There's not much you can do about it, and his body is falling to pieces so it's not like he needs to be a realistic fluid human.

@Varatrix

I thought the first one was ok but the guy with the glaive was somewhat choppy. On the second one, the animation was just a bit too fast. Also, I would recommend not using the regular pivto figure (skinny one) ever. It stinks.

I've seen worse... But I don't really see any easing at all. If you don't know what that is, go here: http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?28577-Easing-Everything-You-Need-To-Know It explains easing in detail. Also, I feel like your speed on certain movements was a bit off. For example, that guy at the beginning walking is way too fast for just a walk. Anyways, just practice!

Why don't you try only using a stick figure instead of vehicles and stuff. Then after you get the techniques for fluid motion down, move on to more advanced things.
