I like it. There was good easing. It wasn't choppy. The run looked pretty good, but it's hard to tell. The only thing I can see that's maybe not so good is the legs at the end. They're both hinging different ways. Either way would work but not both.

I've started to test out Blur and got a stk from Droidz which is the gun (credit to them :D) and i think i did alright except i think the blur shouldev started earlier xD

The shot:

The bullet was a bit wobbly - they tend to fly straight. You mentioned that you should start the fade trail earlier, which is true. The gun should kick instantly instead of being still for, I think, two frames. He should ease out of the kick as well, so the motion will be /-----/--/-//. Lastly, the flash needs to disappear slowly. If you split it into particles this will be easier, although a fade might also work.

Stair kick: A bit choppy. You still need to work on the walk and things. The stick's knees should bend more before the jump and you need to work on the physics for when he's in the air. The tremour's alright, although it's less efective because the floor's at the bottom of the screen so you can't move it as much as you might like. Here's an example of a jump I made earlier:

Notice how far the knees are bent at the beginning and end. Also take note of the position and motion in the air.

The blood effect on yours is ok, but blood is very difficult. There's an official blood tutorial for pivot in the official tuts section which might help you. I also think one of the problems here is that the blood is spreading to a place where blood could not normally go, ie. through the stairs.

Gun- i did think about doing a fade its just wen u fire a gun it dosent fade u would have to make a extremely quick fade like 2-3 frames and i shouldv made the kick in more frames yes, and yeah i the bullet should go straight =p

Stairs- the Blood was going on the side of the stairs as its a 2D animation, (i'll get to 3D wen i get better xD) i tried the walk using the tips from darks demon's page and i'll make the floor higher in future to get a better trmor and i'll read that blood tutorial, thanks zed for the input really helped :D
