I'd say it needs a bit more easing between the anticipation and the punch. It's a pretty good movement though.

I think the landing is made beautiful...

You're getting scarily good at this. The only bit I didn't like was the throw where the head got filled in and stretched - it probably should have stayed hollow and been trailed differently.
