I'd say it needs a bit more easing between the anticipation and the punch. It's a pretty good movement though.

I did that because I wanted to practise the movements of jumping and landing
I think the landing is made beautiful...

the run cycles good but uh... what is with the other animation? he randomly moves every where but the reaction to hitting the side is nice

You're getting scarily good at this. The only bit I didn't like was the throw where the head got filled in and stretched - it probably should have stayed hollow and been trailed differently.
