Well, virtually speaking, I WUD PWN DEM WID MAH POWURFOOL SHOATGUN YAH LOLOLOL
More realistically speaking, I would go on an insane killing spree using whatever I can get my hands on and kill whatever that goes in my way.
Absolutely realistically speaking, I would just get killed and become one of them.

Step one:
Stock up on food in preparation for z-day, or other apocalypse before hand. Large containers of rice, powdered milk, 10-12 5 gallon jugs of water, beans, wind up radio and medical supplies. As well as having medical books, arithmetic, and survival books stocked up in your safe room.
All of these can be found on this website for relatively cheap prices.

Also have 3-4 mountain bikes kept with mini bike pump/bike pump needles/tirehole repair tape in pouches on the back, to use when ready. Then board up all windows and doors, and move downstairs into my room or basement. Stay inside for 2-4 weeks possibly more depending on what the radio says, working up endurance strength(pushups/situps/jogging in place/jumping jacks/etc) reading the books to brush up on medical knowledge, and doing math, or anything else to keep your mind sharp.
Step two:
Pack up all the things you need, to survive(too many to list here) In structured hiking backpacks, and ride your mountain bikes to friends houses, collecting people/supplies. Then move into thick high grounded forest near fresh water, and build fortified huts/adobes. Hunt, gather and survive for as long as possible.
Weapons needed.
Hunting long rifle(suppressor capable)
Crossbow
3-3.5 foot steel rod(sharpened on one end, handle on the other)Could be used for blunt beating/stabbing the brain for the kill.
Sig sauer p229(suppressor capable) Reliable and powerful.

i'd go to my local history museum and grab myself a suit of armor, then id get a few of the swords they have on display and just walk about like lol
May 5, 2009 7:23 AM #412366
Tip: In a suit of armor, the helmet alone weighs 40 pounds. Nights had to be trained for years to be able to wear the suits.
