Quote from GZentoI've never had problems concerning appetite or diet, I'm just naturally skinny, then when I became a vegetarian my parents along with my pediatrician started bitching at me. I never really want to promote fasting or vomiting, I was just trying to avoid a stressful situation that was in the kitchen. You should always eat three meals a day, like Jeremy says, and focus on getting less unhealthy fats(there is no fat that's necessarily healthy, but trans, saturated, and regular fat are pretty bad, try to find products that are unsaturated or polyunsaturated) My pediatrician said just as Jeremy said: don't eat garbage(like McDouchebag's) to gain weight, eat lots of peanut butter, I'm surprised Jeremy hadn't mentioned that despite the good list he provided. Thanks for the contribution Jeremy, it was really good!
I disagree on the point that there is no good fat. Your body absorbs chemicals from healthy fat(such as avocados, yogurt)and distributes it amongst your body. Your brain is one of the most affected areas, it needs good fat.
