I disagree on the point that there is no good fat. Your body absorbs chemicals from healthy fat(such as avocados, yogurt)and distributes it amongst your body. Your brain is one of the most affected areas, it needs good fat.

Seems like fat is pretty important.

"High avocado intake was shown in one preliminary study to lower blood cholesterol levels. Specifically, after a seven-day diet rich in avocados, mild hypercholesterolemia patients showed a 17% decrease in total serum cholesterol levels. These subjects also showed a 22% decrease in both LDL (harmful cholesterol) and triglyceride levels and 11% increase in HDL (helpful cholesterol) levels."

ive got a problem,
I am a bit overweight, so my mum put me on a diet, now I have meals with salads now and everythings seems to be working fine, I also go to swimming, but I cant go to the gym yet. the problem is that my mum is putting too much pressure on me, and keeps on forcing me to join up to like 7 sports at one, I really dont want the weight to "fly off" like in the biggest loser. I like to take my time and to keep everything balanced, that means I have time to swim, and some time to relax aka animate, go on X-chat etc. and most of all, my mum is VERY strict, so I even feel afraid to talk to my mum without having a fear that I will get bitchslapped in the face. do you guys have any suggestions

I had this exact problem. As a kid, I was fat as fuck, at around 210 pounds. Stating three months ago, I was at 204.1 pounds. Ever since I though about enlisting with the USMC, I knew I had to lose some weight. I've been eating healthy, working out and whatnot, and now I weight roughly 180 to 179 pounds, and I've just started now to stop eating carbs and wholly focus on
eating vegetables and protein.

here's a tip. Eat a lot of meat and veggies. The meat, though, has to be good meat, like grilled or something. And Fast Food doesn't count.

Next, get a jar of this:

You get a blender, pour some ice in it, some water or milk, a spoonfull of this, and whatever fruit you like. This shit makes whatever you drink delicious as fuck, and it fills you up forever. Yesterday, I ate ONE hardboiled egg for breakfast. Got home from school without eating anything and was super hungry. I did my run, swam, and when I came out, I wanted to eat a fucking cow. But I didn't do my P90x yet, so I made a serving of Whey (Vanilla) with milk, ice and a banana, and it was so fucking delicious I came fire. And for some reaon, my hunger completely went away. I worked out, and sure, I drank water after, but I was no longer hungry and I went to bed.

Dude, Captain I'm gonna try that.
I'm like 220 lbs (I'm overweight yeah, but i'm not TOO overweight for someone of my height and body structure, maybe like 40-50lbs or something)
Nothing else i've tried seems to be working (it's all been rigorous exercise for hours on end and other shit like that), and that seems simple enough.
