About Thor, it's my mistake apparently Jörð (or Jord) is a giantess (jötun) and goddess in Norse mythology = Yes, Thor is a God and not a Demigod and he isn't allowed. About everything else you asked: Even if the character achieves beyond Gods' power and can even kill all Gods with 1 blow he will be allowed if he, himself isn't a ture born God. So once again, the only rule is that your character shouldn't be a true born God (His/Her both parents being Gods/Titans). I hope that clears everything ^^.

I respect that you admit your err, I was 100% confident that when I returned from town that there was going to be a hastily written rebuttal rife with invalid arguments awaiting me. That's truly a breath of fresh air.
Secondly, why are gods stricken from the list of candidates? And what do you think about the accidental god from Pathfinders "roleplaying game" gods list named Cayden Cailean? Basically he was an ordinary mortal who got drunk and got himself into a trial to ascend to godhood and succeeded.
If that sounds like a badass origin story for a god, that's because it is. He is a super badass god.

I didn't want Gods in the list of candidates because they are simply boring. In everything I have read it seems like Zues is like 90% stronger then every other God which makes it ultimately impossible to put another God against him.., besides most of them don't have powers to fight and are born immortal without doing any hard work. About Cayden Cailean, he indeed seems like a badass God. I read his history in the pathfinder.wikia. Damn that's a great way to become a God. However, even as being as badass as he can get, I don't see any powers that would help him against most of the previously given candidates.

I was reading his history and it wasn't mentioned that he is a God.
It's fine even if he is a God in the game only and not worshiped by a real life religion.Quote from 420Ace Drakeyou can represent a God only if he is a 'God' in the manga, comic, fiction you read and not in any real religion.

Asura is a hindu deity, deity literally means god or goddess.
They just didn't really call him a god because the language is totally different.
Edit: It's worth mentioning that asura doesn't often refer to a singular persona, rather a group of gods or in this case anti-gods. But in this example I refer to asura as "him" because we're talking about a video game character, or a singular persona.
For example agni the god of fire is among the asura but may also be called asura, because of the difference in cultures.
Editedit: Asura=deity=god/goddess.

Quote from JutsuYes saint of killers is a nice alternative, since exodia has been debunked so to speak.
It's sad really, it's hard to argue with infinite attack AND defense points.
Exodia actually has has NO Attack or Defense points, he just grants an automatic win by unknown means probably involving sheer testicular power. He/It is also not really a god so is still eligible. Somebody has actually seen how he works in the show can probably elaborate more as my knowledge of this is limited and constricted to the TCG.

Asura is depicted as a demigod in the game Asura's Wrath. The only god in the game is the final boss and the primary antagonist, Chakravartin.

Wouldn't the Four Horsemen and every demon conceivable in Hell be able to be enlisted in this? Because Lucifer, the Beast of Hell aren't gods, and the Four Horsemen, especially Death, can't die so to speak.

If you are talking about the 4 Horsemen in the game Darksiders, then it's true..

Lucifer is the fallen angel as far as I know, but I am not sure if he's immortal. If you are talking about the Four Horsemen of apocalypse ( these in my signature), I am not sure if they're immortal, since they were all humans before getting on the horses. Anyways, yes they can be enlisted in here. Even tho I am not sure if they are immortal, it's like in the Greek mythology, 'Gods are immortal beings blah blah blah'... Despite that Zeus has killed alot of Gods for bad behaivor.

But that's a god killing a god, if gods aren't allowed to participate in your world then who will kill those that can only get killed by gods, aka the Beast of Hell. (Well by God in this manner)
Oct 5, 2014 2:32 PM #1250030
That's a good point, but as far as I know only Gods can be killed by Gods/Titans, I have never heard that the mythical creatures and beasts can only be killed by Gods. If that's so, Alucard can summon Cerberus(and other hell creatues), The Gates of Hades/Hell's guardian as a familiar, does it mean that it'll be immortal aswell?

Whenever this topic comes up I always stick with The Hulk, since he just gets angrier until he defeats whatever is angering him.

How about godzilla? :v
