Anyone heard Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp a Butterfly? It sounds like he's actually reaching his goal of "reviving" the state of hip-hop with plenty of Old-School and classic West Coast sounds with jazz/funk thrown in. Some are already arguing the album to be a classic.
King Kunta is one beauty of a G-Funk track, I recommend giving the whole thing a listen even if hip-hop isn't your thing.
